Velvet Revolver front man and former Stone Temple Pilots Rock god Scott Weiland has been charged with DUI ... again!

Weiland has a history of DUI's and disorderly charges, at one time even jailed for injuring an innocent bystander in an impaired car wreck. While incarcerated Weiland was allowed to leave his prison in order to make tour dates with his band.

It has now been made public that Weiland was in another wreck at 6:15 PM this past November 21st 2007 in Los Angeles. No one was injured but investigating officers became suspicious when they noticed him acting strange. Weiland failed a number of roadside sobriety tests and was booked on charges of "driving under the influences of a drug".

Weiland refused to take any blood or urine tests.

Shortly after the incident Velvet Revolver's reps announces that the band would be canceling its Australian tour due to "health reasons".

Since that report the charges against Weiland have come to light and no clinical illnesses have ever been announced for any of the band members.

Weiland was released on $40,000 bail and is set to appear in Los Angeles court to face DUI charges on December 13th.

Weiland's publicist denies that the singer was impaired at the time of the crash and says he was involved in only a "minor accident".

Weiland has been in and out of rehab for drugs and alcohol for several years and has also been clinically diagnosed with Bipolar disorder.
