Lucky for us newshounds, cameras were invented and put to use capturing these moments in time. So with so much to see and read, these strange, funny and weird headlines, news, advertisements and billboards across the world have been found and collected by truth seekers and eagle eyes around the planet to entertain your thoughts; making for some fantastic moments in time that may enhance a deep down belly laugh, or not, and I am here to make sure that it is passed onto you.

Strange & Heroic Circumstances Involving Celebrities

It is weird to think of our favorite celebrities as actually real life heroes since they are normally surrounded by a posse of bodyguards and paparazzi, but a few of them have actually attained that status despite the fact that they have limited mobility when attempting to live like normal people while outdoors.

Quick responses on Twitter from Demi Moore, Rihanna, and Donnie Walberg saved the lives of the people asking for assistance. Rihanna helps children with cancer by finding donors for bone marrow transplants. Demi talked to a female Twitter follower threatening to kill herself just long enough for authorities to locate her. Donnie got the word out that a fan needed a kidney transplant. Once attention was brought to the situation, a kidney was promptly located.

Vin Diesel pulled a family from a burning car and Garth Brooks saved two children from a fire. Tom Cruise helped a woman hit by a car that sped off. He remained with the injured woman until help arrived, all the while keeping her calm. He then paid her astronomical $7, 000 hospital bill once he learned that she was uninsured.

Strange Remedies that are Real Hum Dingers, but Just May Work

1. If an ice cube becomes lodge in your throat, causing you to choke, simply pour a cup of boiling water down your throat. Bada Bing, Bada Boom, Blockage problem solved!

2. Avoid cutting yourself when slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold the vegetables while you chop.

3. Attention Men! You can avoid arguments with the females in your life about lifting the toilet seat by simply using the sink.

4. A mouse trap placed on top of your alarm clock will prevent you from rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze button.

5. Cure for a bad cough: Just take a large dose of laxatives. Your mind will instantly go into the fear of coughing mode.

6. Why buy expensive tools when you only need two cheap ones? Wait for it: A can of WD-40 and a roll of duct tape is all you will ever need in life to fix virtually everything. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

7. If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Strange Burglars & Robberies

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported that Steven Long, 23, was arrested in South Daytona, Florida on suspicion of theft after a patrol officer spotted him pedaling his bike down a heavily populated street with a 59-inch TV set balanced on his handlebars. The bicyclist could not see clearly to ride safely due to his vision being blocked by the big screen television.

A Nebraska convenience store robber attempted to show off his second talent of being a "master-of-disguise' by wearing an empty 12-pack beer box over his head while robbing the store.

Miroslaw Dabrowski, 32 of Warsaw rolled himself up in a rug and propped himself against a wall on the balcony in an effort to hide during a police search. The fugitive was hiding out in his aunt's home, but a curious cop located the burglar despite his best efforts to not to be padded. No pun intended.

Strange Facts Regarding Albert Einstein: According to a report printed in the Washington Post, the genius not only had a speech problem as a child, he failed his university entry exam. He also had some strange ideas about how the institution of marriage should work. He once proposed a "Stranger then Life" contract to his estranged wife that gave her several conditions so that the two could still live together in peace.

Einstein's Conditions:

A. You will make sure

1. That my clothes and laundry are kept in good order;
2. That I will receive my three meals regularly in my room;
3. That my bedroom and study are kept neat, and especially that my desk is left for my use only.

B. You will renounce all personal relations with me insofar as they are not completely necessary for social reasons.

1. You will stop talking to me if I request it.

Mileva accepted the conditions. He later wrote to her again to make sure she grasped that this was going to be all-business in the future, and that the "personal aspects must be reduced to a tiny remnant." And he vowed, In return, I assure you of proper comportment on my part, such as I would exercise to any woman as a stranger.

A Point to Ponder: Have you ever noticed that quite a few people are like slinky's, in that they are not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
