Things you can do with a Fake Penis

A prosthetic penis, complete with synthetic urine, used for passing drug tests, and aptly named the "Whizzinator" has cost co-owners of the "pee pee" machine 8 years in prison, and a $500,000 fine each. The stranger then life prosthetic penis was developed by George Wills and Robert Catalano to help people pass drug tests. The pair pleads guilty in Federal court in Pittsburgh to two counts of conspiracy, and Federal prosecutors in Pittsburgh won a 19-count indictment against Puck Technology. The devices were sold from 2005 to 2008, but the penises can still be found today from random sellers looking to make a quick buck. Former U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan's office charged Wills and Catalano, accusing them and their company of conspiring to sell drug paraphernalia nationwide and in Western Pennsylvania where drug testing is normal practice due to the many manufacturing companies that depend on drug free machine operators.

United States Attorney Robert S. Cessar announced that their goal was to defraud the United States in connection with its duty to drug test employees and to conspiracy to sell drug paraphernalia. The scary part about the the whole ordeal, according to prosecutors is that the company, Puck Technology sold thousands of these devices to truck drivers, train engineers, airline pilots, machine operators and other people whose jobs require periodic drug testing.
