Short Changing Gasoline
Petroleum Wholesale owns 86 gas stations in the Houston area have been reported to short change gasoline at the pump. The inspection reports that more than half of the gas stations are giving less gasoline to consumers then what they paid for. Out of 1,740 pumps, 990 pumps where short changing customers. These gas stations are run under the name of Staples and Sunsmart. The company counsel had no immediate comments The Houston Chronicle reports.

Good Samaritans
In Torrance, California an elderly man went to the bank to withdrawal a couple thousand dollars. While he was walking out of the bank he fell down and the dropped the money everywhere. The wind came by and took the money away. Immediately a dozen people came to aid the elderly man and picking up the money. A local shop owner says that 96% of the money was found the Houston Chronicle reports.

Where is my Bathing Suit
Hersey Park Wave rider is known to knock you socks off. However that is not the only thing that is knocked off. The life guard states that 1 out of 5 people's bathing suit has come off. They said that the water will take off your bathing suits when you are riding the ride. Life guards say that they will hand you a blanket when it happens the Houston Chronicle reports.

Drunk Driving
In Providence, Rhode Island a man was arrested when he drove into a highway message board. When the police came he was having problems getting out of the vehicle. On the breathalyzer test he blows a .491 that is six time above the legal .08 in the state. The Health Department states that anything above a .5 is fatal. He was rushed to a hospital and will be charged with drinking and driving and resisting arrest the Associated Press reports.

In San Luis Obispo, California two men are in jail for starting a fire on their friend's groin. The 22 year old Pillers was sentenced 2 years in prison and 19 year old Kieffer was sentenced 45 days in prison. When their buddy, Elliot Tuleja, was passed out from drinking they sprayed his crotch with cologne and ignited it on fire. He suffers from second degree burns The Associated Press reports.
