Someone with Capgras Syndrome, an extremely rare disorder, will believe that a loved one in their life is being impersonated by an impostor. Because of this, the person might attack the supposed impostor and cause possible harm. This syndrome can go as far as the person themselves looking into a mirror and not believing the person they see is themselves. They might think the image in the mirror is an impostor of themselves.
And lastly, but not the final strange disorder in existence, is Jerusalem Syndrome. It's a form of religious psychosis sparked by a visit to Jerusalem and it's not confined to any one religion. People with this syndrome believe that they are prophets or messengers from the Lord and start parading around delivering their own sermons, and start obsessing about virtue and cleanliness and will often ask sinners to repent their sins. This syndrome seems to disappear after a few weeks or when the person leaves the area.
