Welch's 100% White Grape Peach Juice Review

The Pen
Yesterday I felt like a cold was coming on, so I went to Walgreen's for a small bottle of orange juice so that I could get a boost of vitamin C. The only bottles of OJ that the store carried were large cartons, which I didn't want to buy.

The only other bottles of natural juice Walgreen's had were those by Welch's. So instead of buying their standard Concord grape juice I decided to try their 100% White Grape Peach juice, which the label stated had 100% vitamin C.

Taste of
Welch's 100% White Grape Peach Juice Review

I didn't get an all natural, fresh squeezed juice taste from this, because it's made from concentrate, the juice tasted more like a thick drink to me.

But I did like the flavors - the one that stood out the most though was the peach juice. It overwhelmed the slightly tangy white grape juice, which was only noticeable when I made the effort to taste it. And the apple juice in this drink was almost non-apparent.

In the End...

I would buy the Welch's 100% White Grape Peach again, based on taste, not based on the illusion that it's a healthy product though.

The only reason why this drink even contains vitamin C is because it was added to it, not because it already contained it. Whatever process the peaches, apples, and grapes went through to become concentrated must've stripped it of its vitamins and minerals, which I don't think is healthy.

But I really like the peachy flavor. It basically tastes like the juice from a can of peaches without the thick syrupy taste, so if that's your thing I think you'll like it too. It's perfect for a warm summer day. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars.
