Ingredients
3 nos. mud crab ( medium size)
100g crapsticks
200g shrimps
10 lime leaves
50g french beans
50g small cililies
3 stalks of lemon grass
1 table spoon corn flour
3 teaspoon salt ( this amount is adjustable according to your taste)
2 tea spoon sugar( this amount is adjustable according to your taste)
1 table spoon of Olive oil or Vegetable oil
2 teaspoon lime juice
Directions
Firstly scarp out all the flesh from the mud crab and cut the shrimps and the crapsticks into smaller pieces.
Slice the lime leaves and the chillies into smaller strips.
Chop the 1 stalk of lemon grass into smaller pieces.
Chop the french bean in to smaller pieces
Next step is to put the crabsmeat,crabsticks and shrimp meat into the blender and blend till it becomes a paste. Then add in the slice lime leave,chillies, chopped lemon grass,chopped french beans, corn flour, salt, sugar and oil and lime juice into the blender together with the paste, Blend this with slow speed till all ingredients are well mixed.
Then heat your frying pan with some oil and fry the 2 stalks on lemon grass for 2 minutes for the nice fragrance. . Use a icecream scoop scoop up the paste and out onto your palm and press te paste flat about 2 inches in diameter( make sure you wet your palm with a little bit water so the paste will not stick to your palm). then place the flat paste onto the frying pan and fry till both side is golden brown.Repeat this step wil all the paste are used up.
Serve hot with Thai Chilli sauce or just norml chilli or tomato sauce.
