West Palm Beach is the best place in Palm Beach county Florida to go as a tourist. If you want to see glitz and glam without heading to Miami or the trendy South beach. West Palm Beach keeps it real. Sure you have your rich, famous and beautiful, but you also will run into every day people. You will feel right at home in West Palm Beach. If you are into a hopping night life, check out the Clematis Street District for the best clubs, and of course street parties! This is a very adult scene, and you will have a blast if you plan on going out to get your drink on.

For preforming arts you will want to go to the Kravis center, for premium arts and entertainment. West Palm Beach offers superb shopping and dining to suit every budget. I must admit that I spent most of my West Palm Beach vacation on the beach. I had a blast swimming in the crystal clear blue waters and laying out on the beach, as well as walking for miles picking up olives and cones to name a few of the awesome seashells you can find on the beach.If you are experienced with a snorkel and can do a little diving you can find conchs and sand dollars in the ocean.

While in the area via A1A you can view exquisite homes and miles of the oceans coast line, additionally there are many other great beaches such as Riviera Beach, singer Island, John McCarthur State Park, and many others.

If you feel like getting out of west Palm Beach a short drive on the a1A will lead you to Boynton Beach, Boyntons inlet, Lake Worth, delray and boca raton. I visited them all and could not pick a favorite. I wish I could spend every day playing on the beach in Florida! I guess we all would right?

Florida is a great place to visit, in the winter or the summer. Wildlife is incredible to view, south Florida offers several great casinos and night life, tons of celebrities and incredible beaches. It is a little pricey in some areas, but the memories are well worth the cost, as they will hopefully last you a lifetime. I think everyone should experience one sunrise or sunset walk along a spectacular beach in Southern Florida at least once in their lifetime. Why not take a trip to West Palm Beach?
