Westboro Protesters Chicken Out
Nasty Environment Chills Protesters
In my last article I advised the protesters from Westboro Baptist Church to change their position on the issues, stop protesting at military funerals and make things right with the American People.
The next thing I know they are planning a protest in my own backyard. The protest was planned for November 17, 2010. The local reaction was nasty and hostile as the local citizens consider war casualties to be war heroes. The protesters wisely did not show up and protest.
Hopefully, this is the beginning of the end of these funeral protests. In that sense the citizens of Norteastern Pennsylvania may have done the rest of the country a big favor.
