Spring Egg-stravaganza! - Friday, April 2nd at Tifft Nature Preserve, 1020 Fuhrmann Blvd. in Buffalo, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Spring crafts, educational programs, and more. admission is $7 for non-members (members save 10%); visit sciencebuff.org for more information.

SEAster Egg Hunt - Saturday, April 3rd at the Aquarium of Niagara, 701 Whirlpool St. in Niagara Falls. An underwater egg hunt where kids find eggs in exhibits. For more information, go to www.aquariumofniagara.com.

Dyngus Day at the Central Terminal - Monday, April 5th from 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Buffalo Central Terminal, 495 Paderewski Dr. in Buffalo. Self-guided tours of the Terminal from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., food and drink starting at 5:30 p.m., annual Dyngus Day parade ends at Terminal at 5:45 p.m. Admission is $10.

Taste of the Trail - Friday, April 9th through Sunday, April 11th at participating wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail. Tickets are $20 in advance (www.niagarawinetrail.org) or $25 at the wineries, and include three days of wine and food pairings, one at each winery. Hours are Friday noon to 6 p.m. (at select wineries), Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. Visit the previous link for more information.

Buffalo Chili Fest - Sunday, April 11th at D'Arcy McGee's Irish Pub, 257 Franklin St. in downtown Buffalo from 2 to 6 p.m. The first-ever Buffalo Chili Fest will feature chili from area restaurants, clubs, organizations, and licensed kitchens; also features live music and prizes. Admission is $5 (benefits People Inc.) and chili sample tickets are 5 for $5. Check out www.buffalochilifest.com for more information.

Springtime in the Country - Friday, April 23rd through Sunday, April 25th at the Hamburg Fairgrounds AgriCenter. The largest spring craft exhibit in the area, featuring skills artisans, jewelry designers, clothing, and gourmet food items. Tickets are $5 in advance (at tickets.com locations at Tops), or $6 at the door; children 12 and under are free. Find out more at www.wnypremierpromotions.com.

Cruise for Charity and Hogs Against Hunger benefit - Saturday, April 24th from 2 to 7 p.m. at Club Paradise, 3950 McKinley Pkwy. in Blasdell. 10th annual Bike and Car Run/Show and Party benefits the Food Bank of WNY. Bike and Car Run begins at 1 p.m. at Native Pride Travel Plaza, 11359 Southwestern Blvd. in Irving (registration starts at 11 a.m.). Party includes cash bar, free finger foods, and live music from the Strangers and the Willie Mays Band. Visit www.cfchah.org for more information.
