Journey to a Cure Gala - Saturday, January 9th at the Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel in Niagara Falls. The 10th annual gala to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation will feature great food, auctions, and entertainment. The History of Music in Buffalo - Sunday, January 10th at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 1411 Delaware Ave. in Buffalo. WGR-550 Whiney Awards - Tuesday, January 12th from 6 to 10 p.m. at Salvatore's Italian Gardens, Transit Rd. in Depew. The Whiney Awards honor four of the best callers to WGR's Sports Whiner Line, and will also features an All-Star Celebrity Roast of former Sabres enforcer Rob Ray. Nickel City Cluster Dog Show - Friday through Sunday, January 15th through 17th, at the Hamburg Fairgrounds Agri-Center and Expo Building.
