What is America's number one killer? Heart disease kills more men and women each year. This disease has many character faces. Everyone needs to be aware of the disease and its different faces. How can America be warned and educated? Simple. The month of February has been given the honor of becoming America's heart month. But exactly how does this help to educate America?

Volunteers offer their time to visit others to give them vital information on the disease. Brochures help to rely the knowledge to those who are not aware. The purpose of this is to raise money for research and further education. Heart disease isn't just a heart attack, strokes are a big portion of this disease. The research and education helps to inform America on heart disease. These volunteers are doing a generous contribution to society.

The month of February increases the awareness to many people. Heart disease is a serious condition.
