Now the bigger question is what will he do with the ball now that he owns a piece of history? Will he give it back to Barry Bonds? Will he keep it for himself and savor the historic moment? Or will he sell it and get himself a nice piece of money? In a news conference Barry Bonds had said he wasn't interested in the ball and had encouraged whoever was the lucky recipient to cash in on it. "They belong to the fan," he said Sunday, adding that he wouldn't cut a deal for the ball. "They don't belong to us." Hughes said he was undecided about what to do with number 755. He doesn't know whether it should go to the Hall of Fame, be given to Barry Bonds or sold money. Right now its unknown how much the ball will go for on the open market, but some people are saying around 200k and that the ball that breaks Hank Aaron's record of 755 will fetch somewhere around one million dollars.
This is a once in a life time chance to catch a ball worth that much money. One would think you almost have to sell it. This ball is a life changing piece of equipment and so will the ball that breaks Hank Aarons record. They money that both balls are being said to be worth is life changing for a lot of people. For me giving the ball back to Bonds or even to the Hall Of Fame would be out of the question. Not that I don't like Barry Bonds, because I do, it's just that you have to jump at opportunities like this, that you will probably never get again in your life time. If it were to go to anybody it should sit inside the Hall Of Fame where people can come through and look at the ball and remember its history on the game of baseball.

To Who Cares, Years ago I say Barry Bonds try to charge at 10 Yr Old child $10.00 for his signature. that is when he was nothing. All for himself. He is still all about himself. It has nothing to do about race. It is all about the Mighty Barry Bonds. In my opinion there is no Mighty Bonds and never has been. He is a self center person who cares about nothing but himself and that will never change. All the ball means to him is money. Distroy it and make sure he never makes a dime off the ball. Or anything else he has!!!!! He is a worthless POS.
WHY WOULD YOU SEND THE BALL TO THE HALL OF FAME,DONT DO IT ,IT WILL ONLY SHOW HOW BASEBALL AGAIN SHAMED THE GAME. ONE OF THE GREATEST SPORTS EVER.DONT SHAME IT AGAIN.EVERY ONE KNOWS HOW HE DID IT. HANK ARRON IS STILL #1
