Flat Rate Conference Calling Rate
If you know that you will be using conference calling solutions in your business for training or other purposes then you might want to consider a flat rate conference calling set up. Basically with a flat rate service you pay a set fee per minute no matter how long the conference call is.
Flat rate conference calling rates will usually range from sixty dollars to well over two hundred dollars per month. The one limit you will experience with most flat rate services is the number of users that can be on one call at a time. Of course the higher price the more features and users you can allow. Flat rate works well for medium size companies.
Reservation less Conference Calling Rate
The benefit of a reservationless conference cal is that you do not need to wait to start or reserve ahead. You can simply call in and start your conference call. With this type of conference calling service you will pay by the minute. This conference calling rate is usually between 3 to 9 cents per minute. One way to save a bit of money o this service is to set up a monthly fee account.
Tool Free Conference Calling Rate
If you are conducting a conference call with people who are in other parts of the country you may want to consider a toll free rate. This makes sense if the people you are conferencing with are not directly employed by you and may be reluctant to join in on a call that is costing them money. You will usually pay a small extra fee of a couple cents (per minute) to allow people to call in on a toll free number.
The best thing is - you can often find s good conference calling rate because this way of communicating is becoming a competitive business and the rates will reflect this with the bigger companies. Conference calling companies want your business, and the more you can promise to use their services the more competitive conference calling rate they can offer you.
