One of the diaper creams that I used on him was the Burt's Bees Baby Bee, Diaper Ointment with Vitamin A and Vitamin E.
Now when it comes to deciding what diaper cream I want to use I look at the warning labels on the container of the diaper cream that I am getting. I couldn't find a warning label on the Burt's Bees Baby Bee, Diaper Ointment with Vitamin A and Vitamin E tube of diaper cream and when I went to the manufacturers website, burtsbees.com, I could not find one there either. I assume that this is a positive thing, most diaper creams have a very similar warning, because if I couldn't get Burt's Bees Baby Bee, Diaper Ointment with Vitamin A and Vitamin E in my eye or my son couldn't get it in his eye the tube of diaper cream would have had a warning label stating that. Another thing that is very important to me when it comes to the diaper creams that I get for my baby is the ingredients.
Burt's Bees Baby Bee, Diaper Ointment with Vitamin A and Vitamin E Ingredients
zinc oxide, sweet almond oil, beeswax, tocopheryl acetate & tocopherol (vitamin E), jojoba oil, lavandin oil, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), extracts of rosemary, lavender, calendula, chamomile, rosebuds and comfrey root.
Right away I like that nearly half of the ingredients are extracts from common flowers and herbs. Notice the absence of fragrance, glycerin, petrolatum and mineral oil, things that I personally don't want in the diaper cream to use on my baby.
After using Burt's Bees Baby Bee, Diaper Ointment with Vitamin A and Vitamin E I am happy to say that it works, really well. Honestly though it is a bit thick, perhaps with the absence of water in the ingredients, and that is the only big thing that bothered me.
My overall rating for Burt's Bees Baby Bee, Diaper Ointment with Vitamin A and Vitamin E out of 4 stars would be:
Rating * * * 1/2
The big question on everyone's mind is would I buy it again. It would be my second choice, nearly tied with one other diaper cream.

Post a CommentSimilar to Burts Bees but has way more plant based ingredients and some less common oils that really heal. Not expensive and you plant a tree with the purchase.
I really like Natures Paradise Baby Organic Shea Butter Diaper Cream. Its organic and only has 4 ingredients. It works on a variety of skin irritations. Try it.

Burt's didn't work for my kids. I have to use Dr. Lee's diaper cream on my kids' rash, especially the ones comes during teething. I think Dr. Lee's cream is way better!
I really like the Burt's diaper cream. Thanks for the reviews!
