What is the Body-for-Life Challenge?

Not Ready for a Bodybuilding Competition? No Problem!

Lisa Thibault Pietsch
The Body-for-Life Challenge is a personal transformation challenge that anyone can accept. This is not a contest built around competition with others. In this contest, you compete only with yourself. Who are you today? What do you weigh? How is your overall health? Are you carrying too much bodyfat? Are you happy? These are all questions you should ask yourself before accepting the challenge.

Why?
Because the people who have completed the 12-week challenge have changed their bodies and their lives in major ways. They are healthier, happier and more energetic people than they have ever been before. The real challenge is in becoming the best YOU that you can be.

Now if you add to that a few thousand dollars in cash and prizes ($50,000 in each category), you just might be able to motivate yourself to take the challenge. It makes no difference who you are when you start the challenge.
What matters here is finishing and who you become as you work to improve yourself over the 12-week period.

Have you let your New Year's Resolutions fall by the wayside? It isn't too late to take the Body-for-Life Challenge and reach your goals by the end of this year! What are you waiting for?

What do you have to fear?
Cheryl Rasmussen weighed 200 pounds, took the challenge, and now weighs a slim 145. At 5'8", 145 is a great weight and going from 200 to 145 in 12 weeks is awesome! Ladies, it is time we were able to shop somewhere other than Lane Bryant.

Do it now. Just do it now!

The Body-for-Life Challenge doesn't demand that you deprive yourself of good foods. In fact, the list of authorized foods can be found at www.bodyforlife.com and you may just be surprised at how great it is to eat six meals a day!

The Body-for-Life Challenge doesn't demand that you spend hours in the gym every day either. Can you handle 20-45 minutes, six days a week? Believe it or not, that is all it takes to change your life. You'll lift weights three days per week for no longer than 45 minutes. On the alternating three days per week, you'll do only twenty minutes of aerobic exercise which can be as simple as taking a walk!

What are you waiting for? www.bodyforlife.com tells you how to do it!
