1 8 oz. block Philadelphia Cream Cheese (go for the good stuff and skip the low-fat for this special occasion)
¼ c. chopped green onions
1 T. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 T. soy sauce
½ clove of garlic pressed
Mix it all up in your blender. Serve with:
organic carrots with the green tops still on-just like a bunny would eat
celery sticks
cucumber sticks
broccoli and cauliflower florets
radishes
black olives
Put the dip in a little bowl barely big enough to hold it so it looks extra plentiful. Line your basket with plastic wrap. Create a bed of lettuce or cabbage leaves in the bottom. Arrange the veggies and dip artfully in the basket and refrigerate until ready to present.
You could always add a few hard-boiled Easter eggs as well.
