Chorizo is a Mexican sausage that is made very differently compared to American sausage. Chorizo is the color of bright red and it's very greasy compared to American sausage. It is usually made in butcher shops all through out Mexico. The best beef meats are used to make Chorizo, and they are carefully chosen to make the best Chorizo sausages. The casing on the Chorizo is also artificial and very soft to eat. And, the ingredients are very secret in the making of Chorizo, that they are kept as secret from the general public. The reason these ingredients are kept in secrecy is, because of envy of other businesses.
When Chorizo is done and finished it's usually kind of soft and brittle when handled or cut into pieces. The way Chorizo is eaten is many ways that are very good dishes to make. I usually prepare to grill the Chorizo in a egg skillet with no vegetable oil, because it has plenty of grease to grill with. You can also add eggs to the mix in the egg skillet, especially in the morning for breakfast. Chorizo is enjoyed best when eaten with warm flour or homemade flour tortillas, but I prefer the homemade flour tortillas with this treat. The taste of cooked Chorizo is very good and tasty, the taste is a little salty but the flavor is very fantastic. I would also recommend my readers to grill Chorizo like Bar-B-Que, because it's also an another great way to enjoy this treat.
If any of my readers out there have ever tried Chorizo in America or Mexico, please let me know in the comment box below this article. I am a big fan of Chorizo, because to me it's good to eat for breakfast lunch or dinner in different forms. Before, I finish writing this food article I would like to thank all my readers worldwide, and especially my colleagues at Associated Content.
