The role that colors play in life is very important, often we have an idea of the importance of them but we don't seem to realize that colors really say something. Whether it is a mood, emotion or a feeling, a specific color can express many things without saying one word.

To put what I'm saying into perspective, have you noticed how many restaurants use the red and yellow colors in their signs or locations? Or have you noticed how hospitals or schools always use similar colors regardless of their location? Have you ever wondered why this is?

The reason why the same combination of colors is always used for hospitals, schools, restaurants and many other places is because their marketing directors understand that colors can bring different emotions or feelings in people.

Moving forward; have you noticed how sometimes you are in the mood to wear a specific color? Do you wonder why that is? Well, the same reason why restaurants use certain colors to bring out your appetite is the reason why sometimes your inner person or subconscious guides you to wear a specific color that matches the state of mind that you are in.

The outfit you wear is like your cover letter and the colors in your wardrobe reflect your personality. Research has ultimately explained how the various colors manifest your mood and personality bottom line.

The color red transmits sensuality and passion. It is a warm color and attracts attention wherever you are.

Pink is the symbol of tenderness. When you wear this color it demonstrates confidence and openness towards others.

The color purple is a tone that reflects the spiritual. It is the desire for a mystical encounter and exteriorized nostalgia.

If you think about the color white, surely you are in search of tranquility. Combine it with the turquoise color tone and it is playful and childlike. Conveys a sense of freedom and is associated with dolphins.

Brown is a neutral color. It is related to wood and shows a secure and robust personality. The touch of color yellow is a sign of joy and happiness and also beauty.

As you can see, colors have a lot to say without saying one word. Now that you know what some of the most popular colors say about you, it will be easier to understand why sometimes you feel like wearing a specific color.

Have fun expressing yourself with colors, because subconsciously people are reading what you are saying with your clothes and the colors you use.
