What Could Be Scarier at Halloween Than Uninformed S. CA or Other American Voters?

Cheri Majors, M.S.
I know of nothing scarier than uninformed or misinformed American voters. This Halloween season, in particular Halloween Day, is just two days before America's elections. It is not my desire to sway voters one way or the other, but to insure they know who and what they are voting for, what they are voting to protect, and help inform those who may not be familiar with our great nation's founding documents.

Concerned parents, nationwide will be printing-up and handing-out copies of the U.S. Constitution and Pledge of Allegiance, to trick-or-treaters and their parents, along with (optional) Halloween candy, 2 days before mid-term elections! Won't you join us, to inform your neighbors and their children about our cherished founding documents, and what they stand for?

If knowing and understanding the U.S. Constitution, Preamble, Bill of Rights and other Constitutional amendments, and founding documents are important to you and your families; I am recommending that you print out copies for Halloween hand-outs, right along with Halloween candy. I have even handed out pocket change at Halloween (when I ran out of candy) and this year, in Southern California, I will hand out change (in lieu of unhealthy candy) along with our greatest national founding documents, rolled up in a rubber band.

To print out free copies of "Teaching Kids the Constitution" (Preamble, Bill of Rights, and Amendments) plus the Pledge of Allegiance, which are easy enough for adults, judges, and politicians to understand (and fully comprehend the extent to which they must legally govern under) are found in the "featured" section of my family-friendly news page online at www.AssociatedContent.com/cmajors .

It is my intention to get everyone involved in the voting process, and not to tell others who to vote for, but simply to vote for those who govern according to the mandates (and the proven success) of our United States Constitution. It is also my intention to familiarize children who are not saying the Pledge of Allegiance in class to know how important it is to pledge their allegiance to our flag, our country, and our country's traditions, if they truly consider America to be their home. Have a happy Halloween and successful national elections!

Cheri, this is a great idea! I wasn't really looking forward to Halloween, but now I am. We get around 100 trick-or-treaters every year! I'm going to do this and suggest it to others..Thanks for sharing! Happy Halloween! Pat Chandler

Thanks Sheryl! Jeanne, many districts across America stopped due to the "under God" line fearing law suits. They've taken out prayer and most everything that pulled kids together at school, it is a shame!

When did kids stop saying the pledge every day?
