What is Dallas Blooms?

What exactly is this, mysterious, wonderful place, nicknamed "Dallas Blooms"? Dallas Blooms, located at the Dallas Arboretum, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The theme for 2009 is "A Classic" and will be open from March 7th through April 12th, 2009. This is located at 8525 Garland Road, Dallas, Texas 75218. During 2008, the theme for the Dallas Blooms festival was "The Star of Texas". In addition to the usual beauty of the arboretum, there was a giant flower-filled star and other theme-inspired topiaries that filled the gardens. With these gardens, filled with tree sculptures, "The Star of Texas" was a great event that inspired visitors with wonder and delight!

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is on the southeastern shore of White Rock Lake. The arboretum is a series of gardens and fountains with a view of the lake and the downtown Dallas skyline. There is a certain sense of wonder that accompanies these views!

The festival, "Dallas Blooms" features more than 400,000 spring-blooming bulbs, over 3,000 azaleas, and thousands of other annuals and perennials. This is the largest outdoor floral festival in the Southwest. What else could one expect from the shore of White Rock Lake? Visitors will find flowers in bloom all year round to enjoy and delight at! This is almost beyond the most wonderful moments in blooming history!

Here, you can let nature nurture you. Here, you can witness blooms, petals, and blossoms! Reaching forward, to new days, sights, and events, Dallas is the place to attend an event that so many can rejoice!

Be sure to check out the 2009 Dallas Blooms festival, "A Classic"! Many are sure to attend this event and with the 400,000 spring-blooming bulbs of the garden, and over 3,000 azaleas, this festival will extend on! The festival is a fun-filled five-week, six-weekend event that will stun, bloom, and bring botany to a new year!
