What Does the Youtube 1911 Video Logo Mean?

Many people have been wondering what the new Youtube 1911 video logo means, and the answer is actually quite simple.

While the website Youtube is not known for its intricacies and special graphics as much as Google is, it has been known to be playful and experimental at times.

The new logo seen on the videos confirms that fact even more than most people realized was true.

The answer to the question of what the new Youtube 1911 logo does is easy: all it does is turn any Youtube video into an old silent movie-type production. It's obviously not any sort of anniversary in relation to the actual year of course as computers were not even invented.

The logo is shown on the top left corner of each video and then a much smaller 1911 logo is shown in the bottom right-hand corner of each individual video screen. Simply click on the smaller design and you will see the transformation before your very eyes. The sound will be muted and the colors will fade into a sepia-based ensemble.

The effect is quite funny to use on many different types of videos although without words under the pictures, it becomes boring pretty quickly.

Still, this new trick is welcome for those who felt Youtube had become a little too stuffy in recent years.

Once again, the answer to the question of "What does the Youtube 1911 logo mean?" is really nothing more than a clever trick that folks would be wise to check out when they get a chance on the video site.
