When life turned so cold;

Your shoulder, a steady rock

When I had no place to lean;

Your ear, a source of comfort

When no others would listen;

Your heart, a wise counselor

When I had lost my way;

Your faith, a beacon of hope

When I drifted off course;

Your love, a reason to rejoice

When I awake to each new day.
