What is Eating Armstrong Williams

It kills me when I listen to Armstrong Williams. Yesterday some of his friends were on his show. And they and Armstrong felt that there are really no Americans in abject poverty in America. I am not sure what planet Armstrong Williams is from. But I am from planet earth in 21st century reality unfortunately here in South Carolina. One caller I will call Joe Doe who is from South Carolina. Was trying to enlighten Mr. Williams to the fact that there are a multitude of people suffering in America. But Mr. Williams just ignored them and went on to recount a trip he had taken to Africa. And he claimed real poverty was not in America. To paraphrase his story. And my heart goes out to anyone who suffers or suffers injustice. Mr. Williams claims that the people he encountered were eating diseased meat because they could not properly cook it. And supposedly some would die from eating this toxic food. But over time maybe months or years some were surviving because they had built up resistance to the food. He also said that the peoples eyes were bulged out because of jaundice. He said that their eyes were as big as lemons. Now that is a sad and scary story. But the same stories can be found all over the world, from my travels in Great Britain,Turkey,Kuwait,Spain,Germany,Paris and so on. But worse of all. Even more horrible stories can be found in the United States of America. And this is not the fault of President Obama. Maybe it was not the fault of former Baby Bush Jr. But I do know it is a real and pressing issue. And it is steadily getting worse here in South Carolina, this Armstrong Williams hometown. I was just ridiculous hearing him speak so high and mighty. It was like he left South Carolina. And he wanted to forget that he came from a poor state. He came from a state that still ranks at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to other states. A state that has almost the highest record of unemployment and joblessness out of all 50 states in the Union. A state that is still mired in recognizing a stupid civil war flag and wanting to celebrate it and its history. Though the South was humiliated and defeated because they really wanted to keep their right to having slaves and slavery as their economic base. But Armstrong Williams either forgot that he came from all this or doesn't care to compare himself to fellow South Carolinian. And lets not forget that South Carolina is ranked close to number one as the state that is a joke in our nation. This state hurts it citizenry when it is so busy bring up old confederate junk like the Hunley out of the ocean. And now the Hunley is becoming somewhat of an expensive nuisance. Tourists don't want to visit it anymore. So it's behind on its rent. No one gave it a permanent resting place like the moronic rebel flag on statehouse grounds. But tell this to Armstrong Williams. he will tell you that things are not so bad in the South. Racism does not exist. Racist don't exist and that it's not true that he never really thought he took money to prop up Bush Jr. failed "No Child Left Behind" policy. So as always I could go on and on about this subject. But I only have these last thoughts. Some prop up Armstrong as a hero and this great journalist and talk show host. But Dizzy Gillespie he was a hero in the Carolina's and Eartha Kitt was a hero. And so many others. But Armstrong to give my own analogy using comic books. He is the villain. He likes to play the villain it makes money for him. he likes to say stupid and crazy things for shock value. It brings money to his program. He has no advertisement. the sound bites he puts on are in his favor. He owns his program so he is the puppeteer and he plays his callers like puppets including me. But we are going to shut you down Armstrong. Take that to the bank.
