What is ESpring Water?

While there have been many innovations in the water industry, most have been confined to a new name of bottled water. Often, the difference between one bottled water and another is purely in the name of the manufacturer and nothing else. Pure sources of water are available, but usually this requires going to the site itself as many so-called manufacturers of "pure" water do not if fact have a "pure" source.

What Choices Are There for Pure Water?

The rush to provide people with pure, uncontaminated water has led to a new market of water purifiers. These can be as simple as a carbon-activated attachment for a sink faucet, or they can be very complex systems which are incorporated into the plumbing system of a home or building. These are generally systems which use various salts to process the water. The success of these kinds of water purification systems is still being debated as to the benefits and possibly detrimental side effects of the salts used in the process.

What is an eSpring system?

The basis of the eSpring water purification system is unlike other purifiers in that it uses a two-step approach to the process. Not only do the eSpring purifiers use a carbon-based filter, but they also incorporate an ultraviolet light into the process. Ultraviolet light has been found to be very effective in killing many contaminants that can end up in water, such as pesticides, lead, and mercury. Having a dual filtering method of ultraviolet light and a carbon filter is advertised by the company to be more effective in purifying water than any other type of purification system.

What Types of eSpring Water Purifiers Are There?

The eSpring water purification systems come in three types currently. These are the countertop system which is roughly the size of a coffeemaker and installs into a kitchen sink with its own dedicated faucet which does not require special tools to install; the system that is installed beneath a counter and is a stand-alone unit which has its own faucet and requires no tools to install. The third type is for the refrigerator to purify the dispensed water and the ice made by the refrigerator. This type comes with a kit which is installed into the plumbing system of the refrigerator itself.

Where can an eSpring Water System Be Found?

The eSpring water purification systems are currently being offered by the Amway Global company, a division of Alticor. There are many Amway Global distributors available, as they are one of the largest and fastest-growing product distribution networks in the world today. An online search will find many links, but they all will lead to the eSpring home page, which is sponsored by Amway Global and Alticor. The search will also bring up differing opinions about the eSpring line of water purifiers. As with any new product, the potential buyer might be wise to read up on the facts and testimonials before making a decision. To find out more about the eSpring products, visit www.eSpring.com

More Information About eSpring

There are differing opinions about the eSpring water purification systems, and there are other systems available to compare them to. While every water purifier manufacturer will claim to have the best system, it is always a good idea to read the available information from people who have used these products, as well as any independent research that has been done.
