When you begin your course of study in acting you can expect to get hands on training and real world experience. There are some other jobs that are available to you after completing your degree/certificate/diploma in acting. These are positions that circulate around the acting field. Recruitment and other similar positions will become available to you after you get some experience under your belt. Most actors take this path if they are not Oscar material actors. That does happen. Some people simply love the field of acting. They want to work in the arena but lack the talent to make acting their career. So they opt to work around the field instead in other lead roles of the crew.
