What Are Fats and How Do We Achieve Fat Loss?

Fats are composed of adipose tissues that normally produce a smooth layer of smooth surface. Women are more predisposed to fat deposits in the body due to the organization of large vertical chambers that enables fat to be stored easily in its subcutaneous layers. Fats are normal for body function as they act as cushion, energy and maintain the body temperature. Fatty deposits soon enlarge in women after puberty, pregnancy, menopause, premenstrual syndrome, and birth control.

Fats are often caused by several factors that influence how they are stored. When our system experiences abnormal functioning, waste products and excess fats are either trapped within the subcutaneous fat layers and the connective tissue thickens around the area to visibly produce an unsightly appearance of unwanted fats.

Physicians promote fat loss in persons with heavy and excessive fat deposits. This is due to the fact that the body can normally accommodate a certain amount of body weight with a little excess to keep its normal stable function. More fat means bigger body mass and higher compensation for the body. High blood pressure usually develops as the heart tries to compensate the demands of the bulky body to maintain balance of cellular and nutritional distribution all over. When there is high blood pressure, the heart muscles try to compensate as well including the other major organs of the body. The steady wear and tear of the vital organs sooner or later develops into other conditions that may prove fatal in due course.

Fat loss is an effective prevention and cure for diseases and other underlying conditions. It is therefore imperative that an individual with excess amounts of fat in the body try to loose weight normally and eliminate the excessive fats in order to maintain optimum balance and function in the body.

Fat loss has promoted several carbohydrate diet plans that cause a reduction in body weight within the first 1-2 weeks, but the majority of weight lost is actually water and fat loss is not actually sustained. When the actual goal is losing body fat a smaller version of your former self rather than enhancing the physical appearance since but does it really cure conditions that are a precursor to a certain illness?

As by products of genetics and hormonal changes fats act as a normal body function common among women due to their body make-up. However the excessive presence of fats is aesthetically unacceptable. We are not saying that being thin is healthy. But neither can we claim that excess fat is healthy as it is an outright lie. A balance is needed to exist somewhere in between to promote optimum level of function on all body organs.
