What the Girl Should Say

Wiley Vaughn
Hold my hand before you kiss me
Let me know true romance.
Don't wine and dine to win me
Love grows slow, give it a chance.

It takes time to earn my trust
For I've been hurt before.
Don't try to hurry me and rush
For you'll get nothing more.

A true love is willing to wait
A liar makes for haste.
Fast to kiss, fast to bed
Fast to leave me in waste.

Don't trap my time with promises
Of what you'll do for me after.
When we both know you'll leave me
Crying in the echo of your laughter.

I'd rather wait for another
Who forever will be true
Now move along foolish boy
I need a man, not you!

This should be tattooed on all baby girls at birth... well, at least hung above their cribs and ingrained in their minds until they are grown :)

real men dont slander people they dont know...Your remarks about Obama show you are out of touch and spinning other peoples lies...you should learn the consequences of slander....

Love this. All women should read it. But these days, some women are very aggressive and almost rush the men. Hmm.

Lorraine, I talk to lots and lots of women, read women's magazines and have managed to learn a little bit about them. Sometimes I pass their messages on for men willing to listen and learn.
