Okay fist of all im in the D.E.P. right now and i have my SEAl contract. I know first hand about the PST and Its 12:30 for the swim 42 for the Push-ups,50 for the situpsm 6 for the Pull-ups, and 11:00 minutes for the run. These are the minimum times and will get you no where in BUD/s. Competive times and stats are 8:30 for the swim, 80 for push, 80 for sit, 12 for pull, and 9 for the run. The only time you will perform the test in boots and pants is while youre in BUD/s. never before hand, and the minimum time requirements drop down for the run. And the reason there is no female times is Females cannot be in the SEALs. Just a little bit of facts for the page...

Why just for the males, why don't you have the female requirments?

some of the SEAL requiremnts arent correct.

    minmum pull ups are 7
required run time is 11 minutes, not 11:30.

Right on! I maxed my PT test this last time, which surprised the heck out of me. The older I get, the better my scores are. Go figure. :-)
