BUT
I believe that 'A good Teacher' is a friend, who only helps to build the columns of future of a student with his holy mind, but never expects any help from a student except his salary. A teacher shows the path of development by the light of his knowledge-torch.
Good Teachers are like candles who burn themselves to give light to his students. Sometimes they also act like an umbrella to protect the students from the heat of evils, dangers and.........so on.
A Good Teacher makes learning so interesting that it's no wonder to go in a school / college / university everyday with a great pleasure.
Good Teachers are like a rainfall that showers on the mind of students to wash their impurities of knowledge and superstitions, and also to reduce their temperature of the mind (arrogance) with a smiling face to make the students polite and cool.
Good Teachers are like a moderate sunlight that falls on the mind of the students to remove their darkness, and help them to enhance the energy and vivacity within their mind.
Good Teachers are like the world of Internet, which explores different websites (URL) of positive thinking to choose the students for their mental growth.
A Good teacher made the students to realize their dreams. Teachers remove the disappointments in the mind of the students to say that cloudy days are blessed with sunny days.
A Good Teacher always encourages his students and finds newer ways to help them grow.
BUT
Now-a-days the number of good teachers as well as devotee teachers is reducing gradually. I don't know why. Many teachers are not giving up-to-date knowledge to their students. Not only that the quality of relation between a teacher and his students is falling down. Many teachers taking their teaching professions as a source of their income only, not paying attentions for each student equally....... And so on. Few Students also believe that teachers are giving them class notes for the fees paid by their guardians. Our society requires those teachers who are capable to prepare the students in multipurpose aspects. Students should not be bookish or selfish; they should grow with a creative mind. Students should apply their brains onto the different fields practically. They should not confine within the class notes only, rather they should learn how to apply their knowledge for the benefits of Mankind and also for the benefit of the natural resources on the Earth.
Come and make a second heaven on the Earth.
