What the GOP Needs to Do in Order to Win in 2010!

Under George W. Bush, the GOP has lost their way. One of the reasons is due to the liberal media and the constant attacks upon Bush and the GOP who supported his policies. Now we have a GOP who really needs to find itself and return back to its base.

ATTACK

This is the only thing the GOP should do? ATTACK President Obama's policies. Hammer this point every time you have the opportunity to. Stop being pansies and hit President Obama on all fronts. He has really given the GOP the ammo it needs.

Attack on the issues of bailouts. The American taxpayer is being burdened by the free-spending liberals. These same liberals attack President Bush on his budget deficit. Now we have President Obama and the Democrats who have tripled the debt. In his first 100 days in office, Obama and the Dems have spent more taxpayers money that the previous 43 administrations combined.

Attack on the issues of the so-called "stimulus bill" or as President Obama claims "the jobs-bill." This plan is not working. The economy is still in the red and jobs are being lost at a record pace. This is an area that needs to be attack and attacked with facts.

Attack on the issues of taking over the auto industry. The American taxpayer pumped billions of dollars into General Motors because the corporation was "too big to fail." Obama sold this plan to the American taxpayer and would not allow GM to go into bankruptcy.

Now it is a certainty that GM will go into bankruptcy court and who gets the shafted? The American Taxpayer. Not one, but twice and it will continue as long as we have a President who caters to the Auto Unions.

Attack Obama on his arrogance. This man has zero experience running any type of business. Why are we sitting back and letting him run one of the biggest corporations in the world? Where in the U.S. Constitution does it state that the President of the United States can go into any corporation and fire the CEO?

Attack Obama on the issue of flip-flopping. Obama was against every policy of former President Bush. The only change we have seen is the increased spending.

Attack the Democrats for the enormous amount of scandals they have been caught up in. Take a page from their play-book and pound it into the American publics thoughts when it is time to vote in 2010. There is a lot of ammo concerning this issue.

Attack the issue of all the Obama nominees who didn't believe they had to pay their share of taxes. Tax cheats Timothy Geithner, Tom Daschle, Nancy Killefer are just a few names to attack. This is a big attack point to draw from.

Attack Nancy Pelosi. This can be a major attack point. Remember when Pelosi cackled in 2006, when the Dems took over the majority, "the 110th Congress would be the most open and most ethical Congress in history? its time to make her eat crow.

Old Nancy has her own scandals brewing right now. It started with her "airplane-gate" scandal and now she is double-talking with CIA. Pelosi came out and stated that the CIA did not inform her about the enhanced interrogation techniques used on 3 Guantanamo detainees. Her news conference was a classic.

John Murtha is neck deep in scandal. Charlie Rangel is another one. There are a ton of attack points on several Democrats. "We are going to drain the swamps", Pelosi announced. Well, lets help her.

RECRUIT

It is time to recruit new blood into the Grand Old Party. There needs to be new leadership that brings new ideas into the party. The old, rich, white male image is a major detractor for the GOP. Recruiting a younger crowd will bring excitement and fresh new faces to the cause.

There is also a need to recruit in the black and hispanic communities. Become more inclusive and fight the liberal lies being spread about the GOP. Go on the attack and recruit individuals that believe in the same views as the GOP. Smaller government, less taxes, less spending, education and national security. All these issues are weak areas for liberals.

The news media is biased so there must be an attempt to reach as many independent votes as possible. Also take into consideration how most colleges these days are controlled by liberal professors. An outreach is needed to gather more votes from educated members of society.

GET BACK TO CONSERVATISM

The spending spree that started under former President Bush was the downturn for true conservatives. The party has been hijacked by big spending republicans. Now under President Obama, the spending spree has tripled.

It needs to be pointed out that the Obama administration will eventually have to raise taxes on 100% of the U.S. Taxpayers. That has already started. Never in history has anyone spent their way out of debt. Push that and watch how fast people listen.

STOP BEING SCARED

No matter what, stop being scared of President Obama. His policies are absolutely terrible for the United States and its citizens. Call him out every opportunity you can. Stop letting the liberal Democrats beat you to the news podium. Jump on every scandal and do not let up. Remember how they talked about all the so-called Republican scandals? They have 10 times more scandals and it needs to be a major talking point.

If the GOP can stick to these issues, the 2010 elections will be a real time for CHANGE. If given the chance to be the majority again, true conservative GOP members better stay the course and right the ship. It is time for Conservatives to ATTACK this CHANGE.
