What Has God Given You in Your Life?

In life most of us will have circumstantial blessings and curses that will occur by what we do or at random. Some say C'est La Vie when explaining this as life. Others say Que sere sere whatever will be will be to explain it. In that song the lyrics " ....the future's not ours you see" has meaning. Those words describe the whole embodiment of our existence. It is a truth no one really wants to think about. The reason for that is that we all have goals that is based on what we like and value. We figure that who we are and what we like comes from our genes. This is true in many cases that we have something in common with some ancestor or family member. It is also true that God is the one who created us as individuals to be who we are. God hopes for and guides us to be the best we can be. In the matter of our existence, none of us would want to think that our dreams are unobtainable. Perhaps, our dreams are very obtainable, but we seek to make it in an opposite way God has not planned. How would we know? Reading the Bible in most Christians eyes has all the answers, and there are other books to support it. The only option is to be still and patiently wait for God to direct your path. Why are our dreams wrong? What can we do about it? It could be the direction you want to take with your dream is holding you back. You cannot go against it, but If you push you will end up in a bad fix. Only if you belong to God. Satan can also bless, so nothing will appear to be wrong with your decision. This is for those on the wrong path.

It is true that sometimes you may have to wait a long time. Christians and worldly people both decide to wing it on their own to reach their goals. Many times it seems to work. As one lady in my church said to the church as a testimony " It's not what God can do for you..it's what you can do for yourself". Yet, the Bible states that " Without me, ye can do nothing". We can justify her words by suggesting that he is with all those people who give themselves credit over him. However, how do we explain those who do want to give God praise try continuously without progress? Perhaps, it's not the time or the season for those people to go forward. There is also the possibility that there is something in particular one is expected to do, but put it behind. For example, why shouldn't a person be able to kill off their debt making extra money to do so? The question should focus on the cause of debt: on line scams, buying too much things, purchasing needs, paying bills,and the lack of a full time employment. This may not be very good reasons, but do exist.

There are a couple of reasons that can solve some of the debt such as selling the unnecessary items one does not need. One can also learn from mistakes and ignore internet scams. Unfortunately, ignoring on line scams will not correct the scams that already set one back. What if a persons debt is larger than the amount of cash received for unwanted items? Then what? It is a lesson to learn from, but for how long? One can say people without money should ever get into debt. We can also say that there is no such thing as a person not given the opportunity for employment. One thing we cannot say is how knowledgeable we are of every state, city and town. There are different taxes, cost of living and practices that sets each state apart. One cannot swear to knowing the situations of others, or give proper advice. What about the war and the terrorist attack that left many families in jeopardy? Everything is not our faults, so it is a curse.

It has been said when a man divorces his wife he gets richer. Wealth is a blessing, and good things are blessings. Preventing someone from getting hurt is a blessing for that person. Some blessing we do not see until much later in life, such as being dumped by a person you like. That person was not good for you, and you found another who is suitable. It has also been said that the woman gets poorer when divorced or widowed. When in these situations God has promised his people who follow him help. The help can be people who live around you, or the government. There is so much help out there for the entire world, but those philanthropists have no idea that God is waiting for them to do it. Therefore, people take it upon themselves to do deviant things to get ahead , or getting in financial ruins. Now we know that all the curses of life is not about us. Daryl Hall and John Oates song lyrics " Who said the world was fair or that we should care. One way of thinking yeah". The Bible states that we "..shall have trial and tribulations" and " God chastens those he loves the most". Chastens means to ride, and test to see if you will turn from Him. The test is a test in which the outcome is a blessing, but it feels like a curse. Job is one example of this testing where he lost his children, servants, sheep and health. After the test he was given more that he had before, beautiful children and longer life. Who wants to ever remember that story when none of us think we can be strong. We want to protect our families from harm, make a good living, have our dream career, have money, travel the world, eat an abundance of food, have friends, lose weight, get our health back, purchase our dream home and so much more.

However, if God does not allow it...it cannot happen despite your effort. Does God want you to be unhappy? He want us to think of heaven, and not creating heaven on earth. He does not plan for us to unhappy since "a merry heart doeth good as a medicine." We are humans with many faults, and it's hard to turn off our feelings. God wants you to know that there are times when the curses happen to people by other wicked people. Why doesn't God stop them? I guess He knows that everyone is suppose to make their own decisions, and deal will the consequences. What has that to do with us? Why should our life be trampled upon? What about our rights? This is the reason why He has to come back to settle it all. The truth is that those saved individuals who love Christ are only in a deep sleep that doesn't require breathing. Those who do not have Christ in their lives are dead, and cannot be saved. We will all rise, but not together. The dead (sleeping) in Christ will rise, and those still living at the time will go up to heaven for 1000 years. The wicked dead will rise to be judged, they will try to take over heaven and hell fire will destroy the entire earth. The earth will be made new again, and heaven will come to earth like the royal palaces ( but larger). Those who are the 144,000 will live with God in heaven, because they followed his behavior throughout their life.

Those who died earlier will live on the new earth. Either place is ideal. Looking at the future should give us hope, and desire to keep on this path. The blessings received should make us grateful like hearing, seeing, talking, walking, tasting, friendships, fun, a good grade, pets,pay checks, family, and much more. The curses are made for disobedience and learning experiences to test our strength. It is not our strength, but God working with us. God says " I will not test you more than you can take". We never know, but we hope it won't be too bad. Just look up to God, and never leave him for any reason at all. Even if your life is in the abyss, and darker don't leave. When you can still function with your mind, and smile with a disability God is with you. So, has God given you strength? Abundance? Little Blessings? Many Curses? God is wise, and He knows what to do. We may never understand why, but He knows. It will not be easy, because challenges are not meant to be. There is a song I've heard a choir sing " Please be patient with me. God is not through with me yet. When God gets through with me, I shall come forth as pure Gold". Be of good courage my friend, and don't give up. After all there is no other direction to go, but heaven or hell. To tell you the truth, Heaven is the better choice since it doesn't require plagues or fire.
