Not to mention all the chocoholics that would go into with draw. Would they start to smuggle it like they do drugs? Would is sell for $100 a pound? Maybe more. The chocoholics would have to get their fix right? Not to mention PMSing women who NEED their chocolate just to get though that week! This would make us women almost impossible to live with wouldn't it?
What would we replace it with? Honey, Carmel, peanuts, graham crackers, strawberries?
Can you imagine honey chip cookies? Or Carmel brownies, what about strawberry Oreos? Honey sundaes? Graham cracker cookie dough ice cream? Would they even compare?
Think of all the businesses that would lose money because they would have to take their best selling desserts off the menu. Many cocktail drinks such as mudslides would be completely gone too. Some coffees too, because you wouldn't just be outlawing chocolate but the coco it is made out off. Think of all the money companies would lose all over America! Hershey's would no long exist and all those jobs would be lost!
Good bye chocolate milk and chocolate cereals such as Coco Puffs, Oreo O's, S'mores and many more. No more roasting marshmallows by the campfire to make S'mores just roasting marshmallows to put in between graham crackers.
How would the government go about putting this into place? Just put a law in over everybody or start in one state and move out? What kind of consequences would there be? Would it be just like a drug dealer for having it and selling it? Would you have a bad reputation?
How would chocolate being outlawed affect your daily life? No Snickers pick me up between lunch and dinner. No chocolate chip cookies or chocolate cake for dessert? What would you put in its place? Fruits and veggies? Kids would get less Cady for Halloween more "good" stuff instead of tons of chocolate. Would this change help America eat better or so you thin things would get worse? Honestly With one less junk food in stores maybe people will make the healthier choice!
