What to Do If You Suspect Your Man is Cheating

There isn't any evidence. You haven't heard any ugly rumors. Still, there is that nagging feeling that won't go away -- that feeling that tells you your man is being unfaithful. What do you do? You basically have 3 choices. You can turn into a spy, and search for some evidence. You can come right out and ask him if he's cheating on you, or you can choose to just ignore the feeling. Whatever you decide, make sure you think it through first.

-Spying. If you choose to turn into a spy, be prepared for the fact that you might find something. You need to prepare yourself emotionally. Many women have turned into a spy, thinking that they will not really find anything only to have their entire world fall apart around them. You must also be prepared that you might only find a few more clues that will neither confirm or deny your suspicion.

-Asking. If you ask your man if he is cheating on you, there is a high probability that he is going to say "No" -- especially if you don't have some kind of evidence sitting right in front of him. Also, when you ask him, the discussion of trust will surely be opened up. The table may quickly turn, and He will accuse you of not trusting him, and of being jealous -- which can turn ugly really fast.

-Ignoring the feeling. Before you choose to ignore the feeling, sit down and process where the feeling is coming from. Are you overly jealous? Was there a particular incident that triggered the thought in your mind? There may be a very valid reason for that funny feeling you've been having. Women tend to be very intuitive, and many a woman has regretted ignoring feelings such as this.

Brenda and her husband had a strong marriage. After about 10 years, however, Brenda started having a weird feeling. She could not put her finger on what it was, but she knew that it had to do with her husband, Greg. He was acting a bit differently. The difference was very subtle, but it was enough to drive Brenda crazy. She finally decided, however, that she was the one with a problem, and ignored the feeling inside.
