What I'm Thankful for in 2009

First of all I'd like to say that I would like to thank God that he has graced me with another year. I am 65 years old. He has blessed me with good health, a good job, and a wonderful family (children, grand-children, and great grand-children, nieces, nephews, sisters, cousins, and those I have forgotten to mention). I thank God for the abundant feast we will have tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Thank God for all the friends that will be there to join in this great celebration. Thank God for our troops that will be coming home and for those who will not. May God watch over them and keep them safe. May they have plenty to eat, and though they can't be with their families, may we, always, keep them in our hearts, our thoughts, and our prayers as we partake and enjoy each and everyone of God's blessings on this most beautiful of days.
