Many changes happen to a woman's body during a pregnancy that they might have not experienced before. These changes can include discomfort such as vomiting, urinating frequently, morning sickness, odors that are unpleasant or even odors that are pleasant but don't smell that way to you when you are pregnant like perfume.
Women might crave certain foods and want to have them continuously throughout their pregnancy. My cousin would crave any and every food that she would see in a commercial. Sometimes women will crave things that are not edible for example, gasoline, soap or even meat that is uncooked.
If a women is pregnant, she might feel tired quite easily and feels like she wants to sleep. This is due in part because your body needs to function more because of the baby that you are carrying.
During pregnancy, you might become extremely uncomfortable due to the weight you are carrying. You won't be able to move the way you were when you weren't pregnant so you have to be careful. You are not able to carry heaving things or do strenuous exercise. You might also experience leg cramps.
When you are pregnant, you might have mood swings and become easily irritated or annoyed with certain things that really did not bother you before. My cousin noticed that it was a lot harder to control herself when she was upset during her pregnancy. Before she didn't understand why pregnant women would get irritated with the little things that weren't a big deal to others. Now she has a better understanding having gone through a pregnancy herself.
My cousin got excited when she reached almost her 6th month of pregnancy. During this time, she was able to feel a solid kick from the baby. Other people who touched her belly felt this as well. It was exhilarating because she could feel that there was actual life moving inside of her. She told me that as she became closer to her delivery time, she would feel the kicks get more stronger and would begin to feel a little pain from them.
As soon as her daughter was born though, all those uncomfortable moments just disappeared into thin air and she was happy to give birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl.
