High school or GED-

A high school, GED is all the education you need, or if you have an eighth grade reading and math skills. These are not hard to obtain. These two requirements for school to jump start the career path in the medical field as a STNA.

Online Preparation-

The online preparation is a great tool for students to participate in. It helps to prepare you for the upcoming test. The preparation course is needed to help prepare for the difficult test. The online preparation can be taken in your own spare time.

Hundred hours-

Within a hundred hours you can complete your training course for becoming an STNA. These hours can be completed within six to eight months. In a short amount of time you will be able to take your test and soon will be out in the work force. The hours may not seem enough. But it is. Believe it or not during these hours you will have more than just book work hours. You will be taught practical skills such as first aid, caring for others and etc.

An STNA is a job worth looking into. The positive rewarding and feed back is beyond satisfying. Employees are becoming high demand. This job can be very demanding. Even though it is demanding, it is very rewarding. The hard work will pay off. This job isn't for everyone. Some people can't handle the caretaking duties of the elderly. This doesn't mean the benefits of the job aren't worthy or rewarding.
