What is Mexican Arroz Frito?

Pure Writing
In some countries rice is cooked very differently compared to the United States. Some countries fry their rice in a certain way, and some countries boil their rice in a certain way. In this article I will discuss what Mexican Arroz Frito is or Mexican Fried Rice, and I will discuss how this rice is made in Mexico as well as in the United States.

Mexican Arroz Frito is basically fried rice, but not totally fried when eaten. This rice is made with regular big seeded rice grains which are white. The rice is first cleansed out for dust or rocks with water, and then vegetable oil is heated to a very hot temperature on an egg skillet. But, make sure you use a little vegetable oil in the egg skillet. Then after the vegetable oil is very hot the rice is drained and added into the oil, but make sure no water goes along with the rice, because the water will make the hot vegetable oil pop into the air. Then the Mexican Arroz Frito is fried to a hardened golden brown look, after this water is added to the egg skillet to a full level. Then soon after that some tomato sauce is added, and the tomato sauce in the can is recommended. Also chicken flavor tablets are added for flavor, and this tablets can be bought at any grocery store int your neighborhood. The Mexican Arroz Frito is stirred until all the water is evaporated, but the rice has to be soft and orange when done. Sometimes the water gets evaporated, and the rice is still hard and it then requires more water for the rice to get fully done.

The end product is a very soft and orange look to the Mexican Arroz Frito, and the taste is very good and tasty. This rice takes perfection to make, and years of experience to make it right. I try to make it all the time, but one out ten times it comes out well done. Sometimes it comes out soggy if you don't make it right, so it's best to make it with an experienced person to get a good final product. Mexican Arroz Frito is eaten all over Mexico, and this rice is used for weddings, birthday parties, or just lunch or dinner. I like to have mine with warm tortillas, and on the side of some fajitas or quesadillas. Thanks for reading fans, and please leave me comments in the box below.
