What to Do with Neverland?

Some Ideas for the New Owners of Michael Jackson's Former Castle

Tiger Cat
I am very sad to find out that Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch is on the foreclosure block. As a fan of his music, it seems as though a part of him will die when that ranch is sold.

He build up a virtual palace in Los Olivas, CA. This place does not only contain an amusement park and a zoo. This place is also rumored to have a movie theater, and a master bath big enough to have it's own study. I really hope it's not bought up by another greedy corporate developer. CA has enough multi million dollar developments.

So here are five uses I think would be great for Michael Jackson's house.

1.An Animal Sanctuary

Think about it. Neverland contained a zoo once upon a time. How many animals need rescuing that could be saved. Part of this house could also be turned to a rescue for dogs and cats. The zoo part could be used to rescue other animals... I like tigers personally ;-) And what of the rides that grace the backyard? Open it up as an amusement park to raise money for the animals it's rescuing.

2.Celebrity Rehab

No, not that kind of rehab. Sometimes celebrities need a break from being.. well... famous. Some names that come to mind is the former owner of Neverland himself, Michael Jackson. Or this could be the place where Brittney Spears or Lindsey Lohan could be kept awhile. After all, who couldn't be distracted from their problems with a personal Disneyland in the backyard. Speaking of people with real issues.....

3. Make A Wish Village

No, I have not been hiding under a rock, and yes, I am absolutely serious. That house has to be huge! It could easily accommodate two or three kids and their families. I'm sure an amusement park in the backyard has to be on at least two or three lists, and the amusement park in the backyard could again be used for fundraising purposes.

4. An amusement park

In case you haven't noticed, I am salivating over the amusements he has in the backyard (how could I come up with 25 million in six weeks...hmmmmm). So an amusement park is not a stretch of the imagination. And the house could be turned into a celebrity museum. This place could be the ultimate destination. Are you hearing me Six Flags??

5. A reality show set

Couldn't' you see "The Bachelor" or "The Bachelorette"? Whoever wins the challenge could get one on one time at the top of the ferris wheel. No one could bust up that date without serious injury.

Or look at the recent antics of Flavor Flav's flavorettes, or New York's man harem. How much more damage could these would be suitors do with who knows how many tons of steel and mechanical power involved?

Better yet, 3000 acres is another Survivor! California is a jungle. Whoever wins the immunity challenge could get the house, while the losing tribe gets the backyard with all the animals brought in as rescues. Wouldn't that boost ratings?
