Obesity is simply overeating food with minimal physical exercise.while overweight is having a greater weight than usually.A person can be over weight and be healthy as contrasting with obesity.Overweight can be due to muscles,body water,bones or fat.
Obesity on the other hand is where a person eats food with a lot of fats, or may be eating large amount of food.These is mostly due to eating a large number of calories than you can use.The amount calories in and the amount of calories out differ from person to person due to maybe the amount of fats you take or it may be genetic,or even taking in a lot of fats than normal.
People suffering from obese simply have large bodies,may be over weight,will breath intensively,high heart rate,poor body metabolism,long calving for food.
Obesity increases the risk of having many diseases which can even cause a delay in reducing as low as 5-10% of your body weight.Some of the diseases that one can get include heart problems which include heart failure,arthritis,some cancer and stroke.
Prevention of obesity can be done by eating healthy food,ie good nutrition,physical activity,eat foods with low fats and calories. Treating obesity can be a challenge,but there have been cases where people have been done surgeries and have been seen to work quit well.These include cutting extra fats on the body,others have been operated on their stomach porch to reduce,the amount of food intake in that one eat only a small amount of food.
other methods that have been used are like use of medications such as appetite suppressants.Their aim is to make the obese person loses appetite to avoid taking a lot of food,they increase the feeling of being full, these mainly done by using drugs like antidepressants and others. Lets avoid eating too much.Avoid being obsessed to food to build a healthy world.
