What Are Paletas De Chile?
Paletas de Chile are basically chile powder covered lollipops ,and they are very sweet and good. If you like hot flavored candy then this is the treat for you. This treat is made out of hardened mango candy, then it's covered in chile powder which the ingredients are very secret. Paletas de Chile are enjoyed very slowly, because they are very spicy and very hot.
Paletas de Chile are the shape of a mango and the inside is hardened mango candy. But, the outside is sparkling red with chili crystals that are a little salty and tangy. And, is usually on a paper stick to hold it while you eat it very slowly. Paletas de Chile are sold usually by the bag which consists of thirty or more, and the bags in Mexico cost about three dollars a bag. But, Paletas de Chile are now being sold in the United States as well.
It's kind of neat how a lot of Mexican Products are sold in the United States compared to ten years ago. As many towns have grown besides Los Angles, California many towns have had demands to import many Mexican products. I can now go to just about every small town in Texas where there is a big Mexican Community and I will find Mexican products.
