Frijoles Fritos is basically a Mexican bean dish that has been made in Mexico for years and the tradition continues to this very minute. I myself love to eat Frijoles Fritos like once a month, because they are good in protein and very tasty. Frijoles Fritos are basically boiled beans cooked to perfection in a pot over a stove, but make sure the pot has plenty of water. Because, beans usually take a lot of water to cook, because of the evaporation of the cooking process. When the beans are very soft you can add a little salt for flavoring. Then you have to let the beans finish cooking, and then they can store them in the refrigerator over night.
The next day take them out and drain all the water out, because Frijoles Fritos can only be cooked if they are one day aged. Now that the water is drained all out you are ready to put them in a plastic container. Then you take an egg skillet and put some vegetable cooking oil in it, but make sure you only use a little oil. Make sure the oil gets hot and then add some chopped big onions into the oil to grill, then like a minute later you can add the beans. But you will need a metal bean smasher or a potatoes metal smasher, and make sure you smash the beans. After cooking for like five minutes you can start serving on warm flour or corn tortillas. I myself like to eat the Frijoles Fritos with some homemade flour tortillas. Just make sure you sprinkle some salt on the taco to make sure the flavor is right.
