What You See

What you see,
is what I want you to see.
A smile on my face,
the so-called good life I have.
Not the tears,
nor the painful scars of losing love.
I want you to see me happy.
In love with life.
Yet the reality is that,
I nave no name,
and I've lost my heart.
I'm in pain, and I love you for that.
For being there for me,
seeing what you see.
For re-newing me,
freeing me from the light.
For causing my wounds,
and healing my scars.

For seeing what you see.
