Laughing, sharing, being true to one another

I see green meadows
Children playing, butterflies floating by
Flowers opening their petals to the sunshine,
And rainbows coloring the sky

I see people
Who just need a smile, a hug?
A note of encouragement, understanding

I see people awakening to life
Hearts beating, lungs swelling, and eyes beholding
