Easy Mix Key Lime Cheese Ball
One packet of Key Lime pudding/pie filling
8 oz. spreadable cream cheese
Graham cracker crumbs

Add one packet of Key Lime pie pudding/pie filling to 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, the spreadable kind is sometimes easier to mix as it is softer to start with. Blend cream cheese and sugar until soft and creamy, or just use the whipped kind. Then blend in key lime juice, vanilla and grated lime zest in a mixing bowl until well combined and fluffy. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until ball is formed a solid ball.
