What was Rashad Evans' UFC 108 Entrance Song?

Rashad Evans is a top-of-the-line UFC light heavyweight contender, and the main event fight against Thiago Silva on Saturday, January 2nd was one of the biggest fights of his career.

For such a big fight in the UFC, an entrance song can set the tone and the mood that will carry a fighter into battle aganst his opponent, and different guys like to come out to different songs depending on their personalities.

Rashad Evans has always been a laid-back, easy-going guy who at the same time isn't afraid to express himself.

At UFC 108, he picked an entrance song that has some close ties to that personality.

Rashad Evans' UFC 108 Entrance Song

At UFC 108 in Las Vegas, Rashad Evans came out to the entrance song "Step into a World (Rapture's Delight)" by the legendary old school rapper KRS-One.

Evans came out to this same entrance song at UFC 92 when he dethroned Forrest Griffin and captured the UFC Light Heavyweight Title.

This time around Evans had a similar amount of success with the KRS-One entrance song at UFC 108 as he dominated Silva througout the first two rounds of the fight, winning a unanimous decision.

Evans had some shaky moments in the third round but held on and won to set up a match likely in May with Rampage Jackson, his biggest rival in the UFC.

We'll have to wait and see what his entrance song is for that fight but it could be something more personalized for Jackson. Evans is a character and he has some interesting entrance songs, however, that's for sure.
