What was the Significance of Albert Einstein's Brain?

Check Out the Reason Behind Einstein's Superior Intelligence

Conscience
We always suspected what made Einstein's intelligence superior in contrast to the rest of us. Which subsequently led us to speculative theories. I believe that we all have some knowledge of his legacy, but we have no idea what made him so smart without intensive research. According to cerebromente.org, Einstein stated that one of his keys to his intelligence was in his ability to visualize the problems he was working on and then translate those visual images into the abstract language of mathematics. Einstein's name has synonymously been applied to the term genius because of his intellectual abilities.

It has been stated that Einstein had a larger parietal lobe than the typical human being. For those of you that don't know, it is an area located in the uppermost part of the brain. This area deals with reception of sensory information from the body's opposite side. It always plays a part in reading, writing, language and calculation. In Einstein's case, this part of his brain assisted with his ingenious theoretical processing. It has been stated that this part of his brain was 15-22% wider than other brains studied because of extensive development. Could this be the reason for Einstein prominent intelligence? But the term genius defined in many different ways. Therefore, nearly making it indefinable. Einstein's brain wasn't bigger than most, although that may be the defining perception of his intelligence, but the parietal operculum region of his brain was missing and with that absence it allowed the inferior parietal lobe to grow 15% wider than most common individual's brains. We are still awaiting if any prominent physicist and mathmatician will have this same structure or anatomy.

If only Einstein's brain had been studied with modern technology, scientists then could have watched the larger, unique parietal lobes and looked for activity in those areas as the brilliant physicist contemplated about his theories. This also leads you to other potential questions. Like will there ever be another Einstein? Can a person have his/her brain extended to further their intelligence? Can this level of intelligence be achieved through book studies or is it only inherited through your biological parents? It also leads you to many more potential questions. But then again intelligence is exceptionally difficult to determine. There are so many types of intelligence and each one has their own defining geniuses. This has been expressed through the classical composers. According to wikipedia.org, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin etc. could hold five, six, or even seven different melodies in their minds at once. Another example would probably be Jay-Z.

It is said that he is admired to compose lyrics without the use of pen and paper. We in the U.S., use the I.Q. test to determine exptional intelligence. But the I.Q. test has been percieved to be just another standardized test and intelligence can't be determined by it alone. According to wikipedia.org, Jeffrey Petermann has an IQ above 130 and has been diagnosed to have a learning disability due to a subcategory of measurement being below average. Geniuses also have been accused of lacking common sense, or emotional sensitvity. Even some the most insane individuals can be classified as geniuses. In other words some of them have were so smart that they went completely insane. Einstein even could have fallen into the category of lacking sensitivity or the inability to feel normal emotions. But he was the opposite of that. So as you can see intelligence has a variety of meanings and some of us just may possess the intelligence that he had or maybe even close that of what he had. So when you think of Einstein only perceive him as being one of the many examples of the term genius. Even though he had an even bigger parietal lobe.
