There are many ways to help America to sustain the natural resources. For example, people should live a more sustainable life. This includes walking, cycling and or use public transportation to reduce oil and gas consumption since we are highly depends on other country to gain this kind of energy. To save natural resources, you are strongly encouraged to bring your own paper bags to the markets when you order to go. The undegradable item such as plastic containers should be limitedly use. The waste that we make should not need to fill up landfills; we should try to compost them. Water is known as an important source of life. An easiest way to conserve water is by taking shorter showers.
Many educational programs are held in order to raise awareness among the community members. Without these programs, our country will face serious natural resources exploitation problem. People must be involved in trip to the museums, farms, zoos and marine environment, which sponsor environmental education programs. State conservation organizations serve as a right place to gain more information on environmental programs. Environmental education can play an important role in mitigating environment problem, but this process will undoubtedly take a long time.
Educated people can share what they have learned with their children, parents, friends and neighbors. They must play a role to attract community members to support biodiversity conservation efforts. It is important to target the appropriate groups such as developers and local people. Children have been found to be very receptive to education and if love for the biodiversity can be planted in their young minds, they can grow up to be responsible adults. Mixing with people from the other cultures will help someone to gain better knowledge on how to conserve biodiversity. The final step that the educated people can do is to promote some careers in environmental sciences such as environmental educator and marine scientist to the people around them. This step will ensure that the biodiversity conservation efforts will be continued educate the next generation.

Azlan Hanafi's artcle gives a gist of measures that one can take to mitigate the problems of distortions and destruction of environmental biodiversity. Two measures I should like to add are:1. create in the up and coming generation a love for nature and the superiority of processes that go on naturally. 2 new technologies must be adapted to conserve nature rather than destroy any part of it in any way.
