Finally, I had someone ask the direct question, and that is "What will this do for me as a Student? I never plan to visit Salem, so how will this help me?". This is an honest and great question. After all, anything we do is pointless if it does not help the student improve. This simple question is at the heart of why we are doing what we are doing.

Yesterday I ragged on Central Illinois as a place where it was difficult to reach out. We hope by being in a higher population area, we will find the human contact we need to carry out projects. We talked about the library, and how we hope to turn it into research library. We want to use this opportunity to nurture writers and educators, who will in turn, create classes for us and write books for publishers and the emerging eReaders which are being created by Apple, Amazon, and Sony. These classes will be available to our students, and writers will have books and materials to help create a better education for Pagans, Wiccans and Witches everywhere.

The other project we discussed is the idea of video, and we are hoping/ anticipating/ expecting the ability to create low cost video for online sharing will allow us to create new markets for our community. Not just high quality information, news, entertainment, and education but also an audience. This audience will allow us to share with merchants, manufacturers, service providers and crafters with needed advertising and exposure at very affordable rates. We are dreaming of a world where we can help all of our community improve it's ability to reach out and build quality lives for themselves.

Witch School students will benefit from the education resources we develop written text, audio and video focused around magical and Pagan ideas. We are looking at one very important subject and that is Pagan Leadership. We want to build on this subject more than anything else, as we feel it is a strong need. We are hoping this will be a important set of classes to share, and we will be able to help more people start their own groups, covens, circles, temples and organizations.

So the investment of salem as a working center will mean a improvement in education, how we deliver it, quantity and quality of materials, and range and diversity of materials. This is our hope and our expectation, everyday and everyway, we will continue to bring everyone who wants it a anyone, anytime, anyplace education.
