Quite frankly I am wondering what is wrong with CNN to post a picture of a boy that age, in shackles and handcuffs.. Like the arena in the old days, in other countries. It stated on their web site, come see the boy in shackles. I am very disappointed in CNN, for this kind of coverage.
Quite obviously I don't believe the boy did it. Have you ever tried to pick up a cinder block? Apparently the judge wasn't thinking.
It appears to me that the boy was running from the man, because the man was trying to hurt the boy. That the man tried to pick up the cinder block and fell backwards and the cinder block landed in his face. Thus, causing his own pain. I don't care what the man's face looks like, If he was chasing the boy, to kidnap him or molest or beat him, then he deserves the brick in his face.
The boy stood in court and didn't say a word because he had respect for the judge. The outcome of this Ridiculous case is that the boy had to go to a detention home till he was 18. And were the parents notified? I bet not. I bet he was carried off by a relative and left somewhere. Thus causing the boy extreme pain and fear.
The abductor, it appears to me was picking up the cinder block to throw it at the boys who were running away from the man, because he had threatened or beat the boys.
That the cinder block was so heavy that the man fell backwards, causing the cinder block to fall on his own face.
Their is another case that was in the paper recently, that 2 boys were suppose to be taking turns in the middle of the night, playing video games. They got in a fight and the parents were woke up in the middle of the night, with the boys fighting. It appears to me that the adult called the police and said I just killed my brother. So the police came and arrested the 13 year old boy, who was probably much younger. Whose fault was this? The adult thinking that he was a juvenile wouldn't get in as much trouble as an adult would. So he blamed the crime on his son. Have you ever been woken up in the middle of the night with children fighting. They weren't even awake yet. Who should be prosecuted in this case? I personally think an adult did this crime, not the kid. If he was a bad kid he would of been out on the street. Not playing video games.
The older boy got stabbed with a knife. Now the younger boy is being arraigned for murder. What is wrong with this judicial system? They don't appear to be using common sense.
Another case is a foster mother was taking care of quite a few foster children, and the new little boy was getting out of bed, instead of getting into bed. The women had had previous problems with her husband and he apparently had a anger problem. So the little boy got blamed for placing a pillow on the little babies face. The little boy didn't do the crime, and it is a shame that they blamed a 4 year old boy for a crime the foster parents did. They didn't care who got blamed as long as they didn't loose their income for having foster children. The lady and the man are obviously guilty of this crime. Not the 4 year old boy. Poor kid didn't even know what was happening. He just cryed and cryed. I am sick and tired of little children getting the blame for the crimes that the adults commit. What's worse, they make sure that the parents and grandparents don't find out about it. Kids that had a good home. Carried off, by a friend on somebody. I am really starting to worry about our children. Little kids, lost all hope for the future.
And it is obvious to me that the little boy didn't do this crime. The foster mother covered for her husband. Again, I ask you what is the world is wrong with the judge? Doesn't he think before he speaks. Doesn't he use common sense. The little boys only offense was getting out of bed and running. The little boy I happen to know was brought up in a good home, where he was taught very young not to ever put anything on someone's face. The baby was crying and the father walked into the room and told the little baby to shut up. Then suddenly the baby stopped crying. Then the mother walked into the room and found the baby dead, and the little boy out of bed. So instead of telling the police that she had been having previous problems with her husband she just blamed the little boy. Who was also still in pull ups.
The stupidity of the police and the judge is astounding.
Another case is a pregnant lady getting charged with a school shooting who was home a few miles away from the local high school. She didn't have anything to do with the school shooting and didn't even have a kid in high school. Yet she got blamed for a crime that the police did in a drug raid. Not even aware of what the heck they were talking about.
Another case is the little boy playing on his front porch and the lady lured him off the front porch and took him in her house. The mother called the police and told the police that the lady had her son. Do you know because she didn't have immediate access to his birth certificate that they let the little boy stay with the lady, and the mother can't do anything to get him back. I am beginning to wonder about this system. Who is running things. The lady had just moved and was in the process of unpacking and didn't know where the birth certificate was. I have never seen anything so ridiculous as the judicial system in this area.
It appears that the Judge doesn't have any common sense. It appears that little children are being treated like they were criminals.
You try to teach your children to respect the law and the police and the country., Then they pull something like this on the little guys. Still in pull ups. Pregnant women and homemakers.
This is the generation of great lawlessness. Before you blame that little kid, ask yourself. If it could be possible that an adult did the crime.
There are delinquent kids in our society, and there again is appears that if the kids were in their own homes that they wouldn't be as frightened and their behavior wouldn't be as bad. But there again, I realize that there are those kinds of children, but there arn't as many bad children as this.
What is this country coming to. Sounds more like Germany to me, or maybe Russia.
